So I always make a list of rules or whatever at the begining of the year for me to follow, this is that list:

Health:

             1. Resse's are definatly good for you.

             2.Never say no to a Scooby snack

             3.Eat fresh fruit

             4. Don't get fat

             5. Can I have Koolaid? NO! "punch" GET A V8!!!

             6.Always use birth control when doing it with guys named Bob, Harry, Liam, Rufus, or Garry.

Friends:

              1.Be honest

               2.Be nice....... or at least try........... 

               3. If they need to shave but don't give them razors for their b-day Christams, Valentines day, and any other gift giving holidays. Eventually they will get the point.
