Thankyou toby this allowed me to get back to normal in hours instead of trial and erroring it for a week. :D

P.S. if you copy and paste the part of a css code which starts with DOC or style. then your playbar colour is disabled, so only cultivate the information part from your alts people, don't use the rest.

There a code to fix the image to the center and have it scroll down with you?and also change the colour behind the picture?

The CSS Generator didn't work, so I went to the CSS validator,
here's the error:
Value Error : background-image Too many values or values are not recognized : url('http://images.auctionworks.com/hi/48/48117/nd-shirts-07.jpg') repeat center center

What do I do?

repeat and center are not background-image values. If you use background-image you can specify the URL only.

I made some examples...

Wrong:
.maincontent{background-image: url("url") repeat;}
OK:
.maincontent{ background-image:url("url"); background-repeat:repeat; /* etc */ }

Or you can use the background property and specify all the values:

.maincontent{ background:url("url") repeat; }

My english is poor, I know.

You need:
.maincontent{ background:url("http://images.auctionworks.com/hi/48/48117/nd-shirts-07.jpg") repeat; }
